The Eagles are back in the Big Game.
For the second time in three years, the Eagles are NFC champions and headed to the Super Bowl.
Philadelphia came away with the win over the Commanders, 55-23, on Sunday evening to punch their tickets to Super Bowl 59, where they’ll play the winner of the Bills vs. Chiefs AFC championship game that kicks off later on Sunday night.
Sunday’s game was the Eagles’ second win over their divisional rival this year, albeit one with much higher stakes. They previously won the game they hosted against the Commanders in Week 11 of the regular season.
